breakfast of champions

This is what I eat for breakfast. That is, when I actually eat breakfast, which isn't often.


Toasted 7 grain bread with peanut butter, sliced bananas and drizzled with honey. Perfection.




And when I run out of bananas, I use thiny sliced apples. Boyfriend gave me this apple. His coworker has an apple tree and brought in a whole bunch (or bushel?) of apples so he snagged a few for me. They are delicious.


*Did you know honey helps ease allergies? I suffer from them big time so I try to add a few tablespoons of honey into my daily eats when the seasons are particularly bad. Use local honey. The local bees carry around local allergies so their honey is the one you'll benefit from most.
